IT Works Resource Group, a specialist systems and IT recruitment company based in Fulwood, Preston, has been recognised in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Company to Work For. Following an awards event in London and the official announcement in this weekend’s Sunday Times it has been confirmed that the Group, encompassing IT Works MiTec, IT Works Health, IT Works RecruitmentUK, IT Works Populo and Atlanta-based IT Works Inc. has achieved the highest position of any IT Recruitment company in the North-West in the 2017 Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For list.
The data-gathering and analysis used to ensure a company is Sunday Times Top 100 worthy is extensive. IT Works Resource Group staff filled in anonymous surveys from which criteria including job satisfaction, leadership, personal growth and wellbeing amongst others is measured. The results were then benchmarked against a baseline algorithm, with IT Works Resource Group’s results demonstrating 3 Star employee engagement which led the business to be shortlisted for the Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies to Work For.
